New Student Admission Management in Website-Based Information System at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Ponorogo (Manajemen Penerimaan Santri Baru dalam Sistem Informasi Berbasis Website Di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Ponorogo)
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the Website-Based Management Information System for New Student Admissions at Islamic Teachers Training College (ITTC) Darussalam Gontor Modern Islamic Instution, Ponorogo, East Java. The method used is a qualitative research method. The data collection technique used is through observation, in-depth interviews to obtain accurate information, and documentation related to the management of the student admissions information system. Meanwhile, in analyzing the data by means of data reduction, data presentation to the process of drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the data, the researchers observed the data obtained and also went through the triangulation process. The findings of this study are Darussalam Gontor Modern Islamic Instution developed a website-based admission and registration system for new students so that its implementation is more transparent, effective and efficient in terms of time, place, cost and effort. as well as registration information more easily accessible by the public. The development method in information systems uses a Linear Sequential or Waterfall Development Model.
