Evaluasi Kinerja Guru di SMPN 11 Kendari (Model Evaluasi CIPP)
Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the performance of teachers at SMPN 11 Kendari. The results of research that discuss the evaluation of teacher performance using the CIPP evaluation model as a decision making. The CIPP evaluation model is a more complete evaluation model compared to other evaluation models because it includes normative and summative evaluations. Evaluate context, inputs, processes and products. In this study, teacher performance was evaluated using the CIPP evaluation model because it was considered more complex. In this research, the researcher refers to the Stufflebeam theory. In this study, there were several teacher performances that were evaluated using the CIPP evaluation model, namely how the quality of teacher performance, work accuracy, work speed, work ability, initiative in work, and communication.
