Strategi Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 02 Kabupaten Bombana
Abstract
This study aims to describe the strategy for improving the quality of education. The study was conducted qualitatively with a narrative approach. The results of the study indicate that: (1) The strategy of the madrasah principal in improving the effectiveness of learning carried out by teachers with recommendations for teacher discipline must be improved and learning tools must be owned by each teacher (2) The strategy of the madrasah principal in improving teacher potential by conducting various training and technical guidance and teachers equip themselves with quality reading materials (3) The obstacles faced by the madrasah principal in implementing the strategy of the madrasah principal in improving the quality of education do not have obstacles when viewed from the condition of the madrasah staff/employees, the condition of teachers in the madrasah but are still constrained by facilities and infrastructure, especially inadequate classrooms and multipurpose buildings that do not exist at all, while the condition of the madrasah environment is constrained by the inconvenience of vehicles and government transportation facilities.
