Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah Berbasis Kearifan Lokal dalam Penguatan Nilai Moderasi Beragama Di MTs Negeri 1 Muna

Abstract

This study aims to examine the leadership of madrasa principals based on local wisdom in strengthening the value of religious moderation at MTs Negeri 1 Muna and to analyze the strategy of madrasa principals in implementing religious moderation in madrasas. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of field research. Collecting data using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Data processing takes place in three ways, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification or inference. The results of the study show that madrasa heads integrate the leadership characteristics of Peda Kolipopo (Star), Peda Goholeo (sun), Peda Kawea (wind), and Peda Kabhawo (mountain) in strengthening religious moderation. The strategy implemented by the head of the madrasa in instilling religious moderation is integrating the values of religious moderation in subjects, inculcating religious moderation values in various activities in the madrasa, and developing exemplary behavior in the madrasa environment.
