Strategi Pimpinan Pesantren Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Hafalan Santri di Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Al-Askar 3 Kendari
Abstract
One of the successes of memorizing the Al-Qur'an is determined by the leadership strategy that is specifically designed to increase the memorization of the Al-Qur'an. The purpose of this study was to find out the leadership's strategy in increasing students' Al-Qur'an memorization, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing students' Al-Qur'an memorization. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. While the place of research is at the Al-Askar Simbo Islamic Boarding School, Watubangga Village, Baruga District, Kendari City. The results of this study indicate that: first, the leader's strategy in increasing students' memorization of the Qur'an is by tahsin, tasmi', muroja'ah, and juz increase tests. Second, the supporting factors are (a) ideal age, (b) time management, (c) ideal place, (d) qualified teacher, and (e) leadership strategy. third, the inhibiting factors are (a) reading that is not good enough, (b) lack of awareness; (c) the teacher's handling of students is ineffective, the solution is: continue to be guided, reward, funishment, provide motivation, and self-introspection.
