Pemanfaatan Kelas Digital Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri I Kendari

Abstract


The use of digital classrooms in improving teacher performance is a use that includes various educational technology tools and platforms, offering innovative solutions to conventional learning challenges. This study aims to determine the improvement in teacher performance in utilizing digital classes at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri I Kendari. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach and data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study state that the use of digital classes or the use of technology in improving teacher performance is very helpful when seen from the teacher's ability to design learning activities, carry out learning activities, and assess the results of learning activities.
