Abstract

This study aims to explore the views of teachers at MTsN 1 South Konawe regarding the use of media and technology in the learning process. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a semi-structured interview method involving five teachers from various subjects. The findings of the study show that teachers adopt various platforms such as Google Classroom, WhatsApp, and various visual media to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process. Despite this, they still face various challenges, such as limited infrastructure, device access, and instability of internet connections. In addition, the lack of continuous training makes some teachers not confident enough in developing and utilizing digital learning media optimally. This research emphasizes the importance of institutional support through intensive training, provision of adequate facilities, and the development of teaching materials that are appropriate to the local context so that the integration of technology in education can take place in a sustainable and relevant manner. Good cooperation between schools, the government, and the community is needed in creating an inclusive and effective digital learning ecosystem, especially in areas that are still experiencing infrastructure restrictions.
