Implementasi Budaya Religius dalam Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan di MTs Nurul Iman Pomalaa

Abstract


This research discusses the implementation of religious culture in improving the quality of education at MTs Nurul Iman Pomalaa. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The results of this study show that the reality of religious culture in MTs Nurul Iman includes; duha prayers, infak, tadarus and tahfizh Qur'an, and weekly tarbiyah. The application of this religious culture using power strategy and persuasive strategy which is carried out by creating a religious atmosphere, internalizing values, exemplary, and habituation. The implementation of religious culture has proven to provide a positive role in efforts to improve the quality of education at MTs Nurul Iman Pomalaa, especially from the output aspect, namely in cognitive such as increasing achievement and learning motivation, especially in the affective aspects of students.
