Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru
Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of workload and work stress on the performance of Al Bukhari Wesalo Islamic Boarding School teachers,Furthermore, this type of research based on its method is field research. In conducting this research, researchers used simple random sampling research. The population in this study were all teachers at the Al Bukhari Wesalo Islamic Boarding School, totaling 60 people who were also the sample. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis using simple regression. The analytical method used is the validity test and reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t test and f test). The results showed that the variables of workload and work stress simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of teachers at the Al Bukhari Wesalo Islamic Boarding School, with a sig-F value of 0.00 <α 0.05. The workload variable has a negative and significant effect on teacher performance with a Sig-t value of 0.025; stress has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a Sig-t value of 0.013.
