Improving Islamic Education Learning Outcomes Through the Index Card Match Learning Method (Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam Melalui Metode Pembelajaran Index Card Match)
Abstract
This study aims to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes through the Index Card Match learning method in PAI subjects at SDN 2 Laonti. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR) which was carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 meetings with class IV research subjects totaling 13 people. The procedure of this research includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data in this study were obtained through observation and learning outcomes which were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that the PAI learning activities of fourth graders at SDN 2 Laonti through the Indec Card Match learning method increased in the good category, in the first cycle it reached 84.52%, increasing to 97.61% in the second cycle, and the results of the teacher activity in the first cycle. reached 85.22% increased to 94.04 in the second cycle. PAI learning outcomes of students experienced a significant increase. This can be seen from the pre-cycle scores until the second cycle, namely the average pre-cycle score reached 66.15 with learning completeness reaching 46.15% and after the first cycle, learning completeness reached 61.15% with an average value of 69.23. Completeness of learning in cycle II reached 84.61% with an average value of 81.53. Overall, the increase in learning outcomes from pre-cycle to cycle II is %.
